Scam, do not order from them. Same as many have stated. Got the email after ordering from them that they are a small family business and orders are delayed 2 weeks. I asked for a refund since it would not arrive in time. I tried for a month to get them to respond to emails. No responses. I finally disputed the charge with my bank. When I emailed the company that I was disputing the charge since they refused to respond to emails, I got an email back with a "USPS" tracking number. It's not a USPS tracking number, but a tracking number for a Chinese shipper. I'm still following through with the disputed charge claim. I have several email to them showing I requested a refund. Do not order from this company.

I never received my order. This site is a scam and should be avoided at all cost! I’ve been waiting for 6weeks for my item. I tried to contact them multiple times with no response.

I Wish i had read these reviews before purchasing. I have had the exact same experience. I ordered, then told a 2 week delay. After two weeks I reached out to them, I even DM on facebook. No response. They wouldn't even bother to give me an update. Just my charged card, order received, refused communication. now i have to do a credit cancel.

Placed an order on March 7th. The confirmation email I received stated that they are a small business that recently went viral and to allow two weeks for delivery. After 3 weeks I reached out asking for an update. I received an email stating that they "have encountered unforeseen challenges that have impacted" their original timeline and to give them a couple more weeks. I followed up a week later stating that if I do not receive my order or at least a tracking number by the end of the week I want my money refunded. I did not receive a response. Emailed again demanding a refund and if I don't receive it by 4/19 I will dispute the charge with my CC company. Here it is April 19th and still no product, no refund, and no response. My CC company is now disputing the charge.

Tried several times to cancel the order after they said it would be weeks to receive the product. They never responded. Just received advice that it's been shipped but will not arrive for a few more weeks. Sounds very suspicious to me. My advice, DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A 20 FOOT BARGE POLL!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My experience is no different to the negative comments below. Order placed beginning of March, payment taken but no item. I received an email saying they were a small family business and there would be a slight delay but a month on still no product. I have sent numerous emails that do not get answered I am now looking into taking action with them via my Credit Card provider and will be watching out for their advert again on Facebook to warn others. Absolutely terrible experience. Placed an order and it said 2 weeks to deliver. 2 months later still no item. They agreed to cancel the order but never refunded me. I have been chasing them for 3 months now and they are completely ignoring my emails. Terrible customer service and stealing from their customers by not paying back the refund. Do not buy!

There should be a rating for 0 Stars. I think this is a scam. They said I'd get my order in 2 weeks. It's now more than a month. There is no way to contact them except by email, and they don't respond to that.
