I also ordered from them and then a month later I was charged $97 for I don't know what. I also tried calling and followed the directions. Not able to go to the site it came up forbidden access!!!

Like the other posts I got charged $97 suddenly. I bought the 3 book set and don't recall seeing anything about a trial offer!! So I'm filing a dispute with Paypal and will find a way to get in touch with them.

I have exactly the same negative experience
I have exactly the same experience! Bought 3 books and one month later I was charged 97 dollars for a membership I never subscribed for. This is a fraudulent company. Shame, they are selling books for kids.

Shameful!
Same as all the other reviews below. Bought 3 books and then received an additional debit from my bank account for $97.00. I really liked the 3 books I bought and they were meaningful for my grandchildren. Why ruin additional future sales by stealing my hard earned pension? Shame on PDIC Books!

I also ordered 3 books and a month later got charged $103. I have attempted to contact the company through the web site including creating a ticket as instructed. So far I have not received a reply from the company despite the web site indicating they would respond within 24 hours. Terrible service and the author should be embarrassed to have her name associated to such a deceitful company

I have the exact same experience as…
I have the exact same experience as everyone below. I had purchased 3 books about a month ago...and a month later I am charged 97$ - no idea why!! Reached out to the company with no response. Trying to get my CC to reverse the charge now.

Ordered 3 books for grandkids then…
Ordered 3 books for grandkids then month later billed for a year subscription to digital books. NO WAY would I have done this. The kids don't live close to me.
