I placed an order for a birthday gift and received an email that it had shipped 2 days later. It’s now been a week since I received an email that it “shipped” but the usps tracking still says shipping label created, awaiting package. I have tried to contact their customer support with 2 different emails I found, Facebook messages and phone numbers I looked up online. 0 response. I have a couple days until I need the birthday gift and no communication. If I don’t hear back soon I’m disputing the charge with my credit card.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I bought a portrait for my best friend and her husband as a gift in memory of their 12 year old Australian Sheppard that had passed. I was anticipating on the delivery to be long, but not this long… and the lack of communication is ridiculous. I bought the product on 08/16/26 and did not receive a receipt or an estimated time of arrival for the gift… I kept checking my account with Pupper Crust to see the status of my order and it has stayed as “sent to printer, in production” for over a week. I emailed support on 08/25/26 and they had let me know that there was a technical issue on their end and that they sent in my order in for next day fulfillment and would email me the FedEx tracking link soon… it’s been 3 days since then and nothing. Do not recommend them.

I have been awaiting communication for an order for a Birthday present , this company is asleep at the wheel! It Does not communicate well and it has been “sent to the Printer for over a week”

Terrible customer service. No response to email inquiries. When they finally did respond it was too late to fix the problem (so they say). No phone number to be found anywhere and I think they like it that way. Lack of accountability.

They use AI to generate a portrait of your dog and charge $35 for the print out. You could spend the same amount of money or less on websites like Etsy to support a real person and real effort. This is a scam that can and will trick older people.

If I could give it negative stars, I would! Unable to get ahold of anyone. Was emailed 9 days ago that my order was on the way. No tracking info, no response to any emails. Email address in my order confirmation was bogus. Scam? I think so.

Make it hard to cancel. Any company that does stuff like this should be shamed.

I have not received this. USPS says “ Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item”
