This product is fine. Our Pups like them (Fresh Breathies). However when I went to place an order, I chose the 3 pack for $99.45 (33.15/bag). In the process of placing the order, it included a place to get a percent discount, which I thought it would be asdsessed to my initial order for the 3 bags I ordered. However it added another 3 bags to my order for the additional percent discount. If I had known this, I would have declined the additional 3 bags.So I ended up paying a total of $187.20 for 6 bags. If I wanted 6 bags, I would have opted for the 6 bag offer for $147.90 (which would have saved another $39.30). I feel this is "tricking" the customer, and is a BAD policy. It gives your customers a bad feeling about the company!

This last shipment the bottle was only filled part way. My dog is 110 lbs and I am through it in no time. I will be canceling my subscription and stopping this product.

My dog did not eat the treats or his food after placing the additive. Not sure why but returning.

As far as the Drops go, I’m really happy with the product. My dog has arthritis in his legs, and this is really helping his mobility. My issue is that I have to purchase 6 bottles in order to get the lowest price. They always offer ‘free chews’ which my dog does not like. When you are a repeat customer, you should be allowed to purchase any number of bottles you want for a lower price than your initial purchase.

We bought K-9 belly bliss, 90 day supply because they claimed it would help reduce our dog's chewing on himself and excessive scratching - AND a 100% 180 day REFUND GUARANTEE. After 6 weeks, we saw absolutely ZERO results and called to schedule a return. We were told to return only the UNopened packets and asked multiple times that we were going to a FULL refund of $147. When we gave them the tracking number, we were informed that we would only receive a refund for ONE packet - NOT the 100% they advertised!!! UPDATE 12/16/2025 After making several calls to Customer Service over nearly a week, we finally heard back from a supervisor who was able to give us a full refund. A follow-up call from Keresa also allowed me to make suggestions that their sales staff, customer service and refund policy be changed to clarify that only UNOPENED product can be returned for a refund. We actually had one CS agent suggest we use up ALL our product before requesting a refund!! Keresa assured me the suggestions I made were being addressed, including some training having already been done.

I DON’T CARE FOR THE WAY THIS COMPANY SNEAKS IN MORE PRODUCT LATER IN THE ORDER, CHEAPER PRICE INDEED, BUT DOUBLE THE ORDER IN CAHS i HADN’T PLANNED.
