I saw there ad regarding K9 Belly Bliss in Facebook, i tried to purchase 1 set and they charged my card x2 and have not received a confirmation that my order went through. I believe there’s something wrong with this company.

Be careful when purchasing, returning sucks
Saw an ad on Facebook which showing how this will help your dog ears or a spray to help with allergies, paints you a great picture and 30 day guarantee but when I try to return and go to the website says a whole different thing so be aware of that

I would leave zero stars if I could
I would leave zero stars if I could. Never received my item. Shipping delay for over 13 days. Customer service no help, just kept giving me a tracking number that shows delayed. Had to contact my credit card company and report. Hopefully that works or I'm out 140.00! Buyer beware, steer clear.

K9 Belly Bliss refund
Ordered the K9 Belly Bliss which gave my dog bad gas and I couldn't continue it. I called to get a refund for the 4 unopened bags and was told I can only have a credit to use on any of their other products. Total scam refund policy.

I been trying to return Damien call. No one answers my call after leaving many messages. People check your messages. Before my order was complete I needed to ask questions. They did not hesitate to take the money out. Starting to think this company is a scam.

So short follow up. I have been contacted by customer service few times an they have assured me my package is on its way an yet, I have got nothing. It's been well over a week..an really all it seemed like they really wanted was for me to change my review..well it's good to know that's whats important...an until I get my order I will change nothing except give more reviews just like this one on as many web sites as possible. It's sad you portray to be a good honest company when your NOT...
