Should be 0 stars. They lie about the 180 day money back guarantee. They will only take back UNOPENED product. How do I know whether it works or not w/o opening the bag? The dental powder and fresh breathies do not work nor do the tummy essentials. I notified them after 2 weeks and was told to double the amount. No Bueno. After no return phone call - their vm says they will call you back, several emails from me asking for return instructions, I began getting daily emails from multiple "customer service"people. I, finally, got the return info but I need to take a photo of what I am returning, send them the tracking number, and then I kept getting emails until I replied telling them they are harassing me and that 'this is how this is going to go. ONE customer service liaison and no multiple emails. I will also contest with my cc company as I want ALL my money back per the 180 day refund they claim to honor. I also have to pay return shipping. Another sham scammy company preying on people who love their dogs. AVOID PUPLABS - PERIOD. Save yourself alot of time and aggravation and obviously money.

I ordered the products to reduce growths and itching. it did nothing even though I followed the instructions given to me by pup labs but it did nothing but worsened my dogs condition and my dog formed growths that strangled my dogs intestines causing death. as far as I'm concerned they are killers of my dog and should not be able to practice or supply these dangerous products. the medical board for vets should revoke Dr randy arasons license to ever practice and his company should be put out of business. if I could it would be negative stars . the pressure they put on you when ordering any products is very poor business they pressure you to buy more to raise the cost. they do not take no for an answer.

I'm not sure why I have to unsubscribe every single day. Why they continue to SPAM me every.single.day. even after saying they have removed my information. The fact that these morons continue to SPAM (which is ILLEGAL) despite being told to stop proves they are scammers, a sham of a company, and have zero regard for their customers, let alone your pets. (Oh, and I should say, I've no pets and never signed up for these e-mails!) These replies by the companies are stupid. I've CONTACTED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES (can they read? I guess not) THAT isn't solving it. Tristpilot is as useless as the BBB. That's okay- Puplabs- I'm coming for you. This bullshit will stop if I have to sic my lawyer and the court of public opinion on you- you are OVER.

The anti-itch spray made our dog sick
The anti-itch spray made our dog sick. We called to return the unused bottle (since we had to order two). A refund was made, but then they continued to send the product we had returned. When I called to return the two shipments we did not order I had to stay on the phone for 30 minutes and still didn’t get the address to return the product. A total scam. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything! Better Business Bureau gives them an F!!

I'm very sorry that I ordered anti itch…
I'm very sorry that I ordered anti itch spray for my little dogs. I only wanted one bottle to try, but ended up with 6 bottles of a useless, greasy and stinky oil that I could not use. Contacted the company 5 times or more and they said they would send me a return label and refund. However, I have not received anything from them and they charged me $117.00 twice for an order 1 did not place. They are unethical and misleading and should be prosecuted for false advertising and not permitted to get away with scamming and stealing from the public. Thank you

I ordered the pup lab Anti-Itch Spray
I ordered the pup lab Anti-Itch Spray. My dog licks it off. Before I could see if it would help they sent me another bottle. I I called and told them that I did not need another bottle right now. They informed me that I had signed up, so I canceled it. Now I've received another bottle, and I've tried to send that back to them. They will not accept it so whatever they say about returns, don't believe them, they did give me 30% off, but they would not allow me to send it back for a full refund and they kept me on the phone almost 20 minutes. I don't know how good their products are , but it's not worth doing business with them.
