Well I will say that the customer service is great, as with many other people's complaints, the ordering was quite confusing and I ended up with 8 bottles instead of 3, which would have been fine if I only paid for the first 3, but the additional 5, costed me $179 which i wasn't prepared to spend. However, when I called to tell them I didn't want the extra 5, nor could I afford it, they offered to reimburse me for half. Which they did. So thats where the 1 star came from, was the personable customer service. But one of the ingredients in the K 9 soothe anti itch spray, is highly toxic to dogs and that's Tea tre oil. No wonder all his hair fell out and he was a nervous wreck. I'm totally dissatisfied in this product and there is no vet that formulated it. Just someone who thought they could falsely pose as a vet and pretend to have the answers. Nkw that I'm $150+ dollars in, I cant even use this stuff on him because its toxic. Plus it smells like gasoline so who likes whats really in it. Don't buy into their lies. If they can lie about 1 thing, then take that into consideration. The whole thing is a lie. I'm gonna do my best to expose these people and this stuff and get it taken off the market. My dog is worse off than he ever was before! He ended up having such a bad reaction that when i took him to the vet and showed the vet what I been using he read the ingredients and in ended uo costing me my dog. The damage was so bad, I had to relinquish my rights because I couldn't afford to pay for his whole vet bill.

The website states their refund policy is 100% money back guarantee for 180 days (“we will refund you every penny once you send the bottles back!”)--it turns out this is NOT THE CASE! The most you can get is a 50% refund--other options are a gift card with only 30% refund or you can return (only) the unopened packages and have to provide them with a tracking number when you ship it back. I can understand their wanting to make sure you do send back the item but maybe hold the refund till they receive the return or something like that. And of course I still paid for the opened package–that is NOT a 100% refund. I really wanted this product to work–for the usual reasons (difficulty brushing a dog’s teeth and the expense of professional teeth cleaning). But after several meals, my dog had diarrhea which I fully understood as a potential side effect and might resolve after a few weeks. However, I did not want to 'torture' my dog with diarrhea while we waited for it to work–especially since it might never work for him (he's supposed to endure weeks of diarrhea to see if it works?!). I’m glad it does work for many dogs–my issue is not with the efficacy of the product but with the stated refund policy which is UNTRUE. You don’t get a 100% refund. For me that tarnishes the entire product, and company.

Don't know about product, but the website is deceptive! Ordered 9 bottles k9 smoothe next thing I know had 18 bottles and order was put through@ Luckly was able cancle it before over 600+ charged. Beware of website!

I called numerous times to insure that my PayPal was used and not my bank account. I tried to cancel order and try to have correcto payment issued but was assured that PayPal was authorized and not my banking information. Puplabs refused to cancel order and said that I had to wait to receive product, return product, and then order could be refunded and the repurchased . I insisted on keeping product because I wanted to purchase it, I just needed the CORRECT method of to be charge. Puplabs said that I had to pay return shipping and handling if I wanted a full refund or the alternative is a issue gift card issued to me for Puplabs products or discounted product. Why should I pay for cost of return product when the same product is to mailed out to me. Puplabs I am very disappointed in how my order was processed and in how no associate, not even the specialist on duty, could not assist in a quick solution but made if difficult to cancel, and now I have to pay the cost for something I tried to avoid. I am going to pay for the return cost but no longer wish to use product or conduct business with Puplabs in the future, seeing in how much of an issue first order was. Also marketing on Instagram and website are very misleading. They didn’t even issue free gift with purchases until I called in because order didn’t indicate free product. Also had to cancel subscription when I made a single purchase for discounted offer and was enrolled by Puplabs in subscription program. Bad business. I screenshot the offer because offer seemed to good to be true and as it was. Now I’m waiting for just Puplabs to issue return instructions and see how much the cost of returning shipping cost is. Ughhh…

So far no good but we are giving this more time. No notice at all as yet.

I keep receiving e-mails asking me how I liked the delivery. I have yet to receive the product that I ordered. That is the end of this company for me. ☹️☹️☹️😡😡😡

I never signed up for a subscription but was apparently automatically signed up to the tune of $65 per month. I went on the website to cancel it on 4/1 but they shipped and charged my card on 4/4. I then reached out to the SUPPORT email address and they told me I had to contact support????? Will never buy anything from here again.

Stop putting people on subscriptions they didn’t ask for
