This would have been a five because the folks from pet labs are great but the marketing people will drive you nuts with emails and texts until you give them the feedback. I really like the vet staff checking on you but it was hard to discern which was the vet and which was marketing. Love the products and have reached out for refills on the teeth cleaning “oatmeal” product, that has made a significant difference in 30 days, and the sweet potato probiotic treats. My dog is tolerating them both well and they seem to be doing a great job too! Thanks Petlabs!
