Their products are much cheaper on Amazon. Dishonest company ad's.
I receive a text message from Pup Labs about a sale they are having. Since I have been a customer for over 6 years, I click on the ad and they say they I am saving 29%. I trust them so I purchase a bag, for 41.65. I go onto Amazon and check for some other deliveries....and I see the SAME product on Amazon is 28.99 for the same product, 30 pieces. (UPDATE) After a phone call to Puplabs, they refunded half of my payment, they offered to refund the entire amount but I chose the half off.

Nicole, the representative, was extremely helpful. I ordered 3 bottles of clearear but an email said I only ordered 2 bottles. Nicole assured me that an extra bottle would be mailed. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because my order was incorrect. It lead me to believe I had been scammed.

I’m encouraged as Courtney seemed very knowledgeable and also empathetic to my dogs needs and my fixed income. I will try two new products that will hopefully help this allergic rescue dog into comfort. Thank you for your time.

Pup labs customer service
After using bellybliss for 1 month, I did not see full benefit of product as advertised. On Dec 16, I called customer service and spoke to a rep named, Rajalae. I expressed my frustration regarding product. He was quite sympathetic and convinced me to give it another month to see a noticeable change. 60-90 days for effectiveness. I agreed. Pup labs agreed to send me another month free of charge to keep me as a satisfied customer. I appreciate that kind of dedication for my Marly's well being. 🐶💙
