Ordering from PupJoy has been such a positive experience for us. When our box arrives the dogs know that it's something special for them and they get so excited! Customer service is top notch...they definitely are a company that has it together. I enjoyed hosting a PupJoy party in my home and receiving Pup points from it. It's a great system they have worked out. I recommend this company to all, they definitely have something for everyone!

Every month I get great products that are perfect for my puppy. This month I got really high value stuff that my puppy LOVED. A squeaky toy that only my puppy can hear?! Thank god for pupjoy! I love reading the entire training/life stage card. They really get me and help make me feel better about puppy frustrations. It's the best box out there and I've seen A LOT.

The treats are great, but the toys don't last long with our inquisitive dogs. The toys don't seem to make it through the first play session.

My dogs know the PupJoy box when I bring it in from the mail! They can't wait for me to open the box! I have been very pleased with everything, except for one thing. I received a treat for them that was not manufactured in the US. I never allow my dogs any food/treat items that are not made in the US. If it hadn't been for this one item, I would have given them 5 stars! PupJoy is worth getting for your dog!!

Hey Sandy, thanks for the kind words. We're thrilled that your dogs have learned to recognize their box! However, we were curious about the treats in question though. You obviously have a passion for US manufactured treats, as do we. We wanted to make sure that we address any questions/concerns that you have on this. All treats that we sell at PupJoy are manufactured in the U.S. It looks like you received the Bare It All treats that are made with Asian Carp, which based on the name, could easily cause confusion. However, these treats are not only sourced and manufactured in the U.S., they also have a really wonderful environmental responsibility story. Asian Carp are an invasive species of fish that were introduced in the U.S. around 1960 and have overtaken some of our rivers, including the Mississippi and the Illinois. If you have ever seen a news special or a YouTube video of fish jumping out of the water as boats pass by, that is the Asian Carp. They are BIG eaters (up to 40% of their body weight per day) and they multiply quickly, thus crowding out native species. They are especially of serious concern if they are to ever penetrate into our Great Lakes. The manufacturer, Bare It All, not only makes really healthy treats (the Asian Carp are high in healthy protein and Omega 3's), they've found a commercial model to help make a dent in this U.S. ecological issue.

PupJoy has the most customizable boxes of any other company I have seen thus far, combined with the fact that their customer service team is amazing makes for one great company! However, they received a 3/5 because I do think their toy only boxes are a little lacking, the antler was tiny, the every day toys are often rubber or another hard plastic thats easily destroyed. Their saving grace is that usually theres one great toy and a pretty cool "accessory" in the box as well but considering that theres only 3 toys total I have been disappointed in the quality and type of toy. As far as companies that provide toy only boxes I think I'll stay with PupJoy but if I didn't need this option I might be tempted by the larger (and cheaper) boxes of other companies. As I said though their customer service is great, and customization is key! If they were to add some more usable toys (rubber lasts a second before I have to toss it with even the lightest chewers), I would love this company so much more!
