Really bad, they let me deposit and after they received the crypto they told me i cant play at the casino. Now 26 hours later still not receive my money back, its one big scam

Dont believe any of the good review in here. They are all written by punkz employees. This Website is a huge scam. All games are controlled. Rackback is the lowest ive ever seen and customer support just copy paste the same thing everytime you reach them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They cheat their customers and lie about their rakeback and other customer loyalty bonuses. I've done the math and have been cheated out of nearly $2,000. After proving this to them and providing the numbers and citing their terms and conditions, they've dismissed my claim and told me they have up to 40 days to reply in an attempt to defer compensation.

I deposited via crypto and used the sportsbook. After placing bets, I attempted to withdraw my balance of 184€, but the withdrawal was denied. Shortly after, I received a message stating that my betting behaviour was “suspicious” and that an investigation was required. I was asked to provide personal documents (ID, proof of address, and a selfie with ID), but only via email to an address using the domain “tickets.helpdesk.com”, which does not appear to be an official or secure company domain. For security reasons, I refused to send such sensitive information through email and instead requested a proper verification method (such as a secure upload within my account or a trusted third-party KYC provider). I followed up on April 5th. Since then: - I have received no response - My withdrawal remains unresolved - My access to support within the platform has been blocked (the support page cannot be accessed properly in the browser) I have also come across multiple similar reports from other users describing the same pattern. At this point, I am still waiting for either a secure verification process or the payout of my remaining balance. I am open to resolving this matter if proper communication is restored. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this platform.

Awful. I had deposited over £2k in a week - on the chat they said I had deposited only £124. They are then saying i do not qualify for the free spin because i have not deposited enough. I write this with the intent of benefitting at least one person. Do NOT use this casino. Use an alternative. I had deposited $70 and won $30. My total was $100, which they refused to let me withdraw for 3 days. Once those 3 days were up, I logged into my account to see that my initial deposit of $70 had been deducted from my account, leaving just my $30 I had won, which they still refuse to let me cash out. If you deposit ANY money into this website, you will not get it back. This is not a message telling you to not gamble, but instead to gamble elsewhere. This is the sketchiest online casino I have ever visited and my deposit has been outright stolen. They have disgusting terms of service which I now wish I had read beforehand which excuses all of this behaviour and sums it up to being a "welcome bonus."

SCAM. They stole my winnings and only returned my deposit. I don't recommend it!!!
