What's great about this is that, as you progress through the learning stage, you not only have great coaches, but you also have a lot of resources. On a first time through, you miss a lot, but there's actually a lot in there, that I've picked up second and third times through or when I've had quite specific and detailed questions, as I got past, "I don't know what I don't know" to "I do know what I don't know.!" The other thing that's been quite impressive is the fact that new courses are being made all the time. It is very much up to date with changes in the market, changes in technology, and what the feedback is from the people actually in the course. I found all personnel to be highly skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and able to explain concepts clearly. As a student, you know that you're on a big learning curve, and they always respect that process. You never feel dumb or that you don't get it. They're very patient and very kind.

The paid for PublishingOS course and the Nespola team are incredibly knowledgable and hands on - you do need to reach out for assistance but they are very quick to respond. They really really know the online publishing business inside out and publish themselves so it's real life expertise not some rehashed AI BS. I've paid for other online courses and this is the first and only one that really engages with you and delivers on it's marketing promises. The community of other customers is excellent, everyone encouraging each other and helping answer questions, posting wins etc which is very motivating. Highly recommend!
