So far (9 days and counting) I am not impressed. Public Square is an Amazon wannabe. I was under the impression the company’s selling on Public Square are American companies. “ Sharing our values”. Not the case. What I ordered is being shipped from China. Tracking cost $1. to speak with a rep to help track. After 9 days all I found out is the item has shipped. It’s my last order. Update: now it’s been 15 days and still nothing! Grrrrr Update its now been 23 days, still no delivery.

PublicSq sells user data to 3rd parties which can include other countries or governments.

The site promotes buying American. Yet, I just ordered something and it's coming from 'overseas'. I can only guess where that might be. The items are taking forever to get here. Had I known this, I would have purchased my 'overseas' product from Amazon. I would have it by now. Another place I bought from couldn't find my address and didn't tell me. I had to call them and get it straightened out. Again, the delivery was delayed.

Rip off company. They sound glamorous when they sell you but as soon as they sell you they abandon you. And when I try to get service I got rude nasty individuals that don't want to bother with you and treat you like you are the scum of the Earth. I see now why everybody else is giving them a Zero review.

Really great up front service and materials. After you pay the invoice, they disappear. Weeks long waits to get data, support, or completely ignored altogether. The actual marketing results are so abysmal. 10X worse returns than PPC. Beware, while onboarding, when they shared only metrics that sound good. Number of subscribers & open rate are impressive. Results fall so, so far short it reeks of a fake service altogether.

Don't advertise with Public Square! This is a scam, they take your money but forget to advertise your product. They say your small business will get you exposure, but it doesn't. All they could tell me is that my company had less than 1500 impressions in 2 months of advertising ($900). That is $15 of advertising on Meta, Google, or Pinterest. They won't provide detailed analytics, what they do provide after 6 weeks is minimal details. PS says they have over 2 million customers... probably another exaggeration. If there was a class action lawsuit I would join! This is a straight up dishonest scam, taking advantage of small businesses. You've been warned! Sooo angry!

So upset with this company. We spent money on ads and to be featured on their app and got nothing out of it. We were led to believe we were doing everything right but after a few months of paying realized we weren’t showing up in search. When I asked for our money back, they said no and just featured us 2 weeks free instead. We spent about $2000 of our own capital with them and got maybe 1 or 2 sales. Their app was also very underdeveloped when taking everyone’s money. They act like they want to help us small businesses, but they’re just like the rest of the greedy corporate companies.

So many things wrong with this company. I tried so hard to work with these people. From the software to updates to even just getting advertising information. Always a hoop to jump through that you have to prove yourself of some value. Very prejudice company in so many ways.
