We bought tickets for a NYE pubcrawl in Charleston SC. We only got into one bar and after 9.30pm all people with the pubcrawlz wristbands were denied entrance in all the listed places. Their representative in place was almost crying as everybody was angry with her. When I emailed them for a refund they stated their policy does not allow refunds... Update: we were offered a refund and 4 free tickets for a Saint Patrick's day pubcrawl. Satisfactory solution.
