PsyculatorReviews of psyculator.com

Alex Tokarev completed individual assessments for each member of our group. The assessments were detailed and tailored to our job roles. He then explained the science behind the tests with clear examples for us to better understand our individual reports. Highly recommend and his team!!

Good analysis, excellent presentation

I was genuinely surprised by how insightful the results were. I’ve done personality tests before, but this felt much more detailed and personal rather than just giving me a generic personality type. The report did a really good job of breaking down my strengths and areas I could work on, and there were quite a few points where I thought, “yeah, that actually sounds like me”. I especially liked that the results weren’t just interesting to read, but gave practical suggestions I could actually use for my personal and career development. Really useful experience overall and definitely worth doing if you’re interested in understanding yourself a bit better.

I learnt more about myself, things that I already knew but couldn't articulate, and also things I was unaware of. The report was really detailed, not only giving you insight into things you might be doing without realising but also giving tips on how to improve certain aspects of your being. I have a lot of work to do, and the report reminded me of how to start said work. The NST community organising the review session was also really helpful.

I highly recommend if you need to do some. Self-discovery, The results of the test is highly detailed and practically looks into your soul Thanks

I found my Workplace Performance Development Report from Psyculator extremely insightful and genuinely useful. The report felt highly personalised rather than generic, and provided a much clearer understanding of my personality, working style, strengths and areas where I can further improve my performance in the workplace. What particularly stood out was how practical and actionable the report was. It went beyond simply describing personality traits and translated the insights into clear recommendations for professional development. The included 90-day plan provides a useful framework for turning those insights into measurable behavioural changes rather than allowing the report to become something you simply read once and put aside. I was also impressed by the versatility of the approach. The insights and recommendations are relevant across different professions, roles and stages of a career. Thank you to NST Professionals Community for organising the review session and to Alex for providing such a comprehensive and thought-provoking report. A very worthwhile experience that I would highly recommend.

Insight: Unique personality insight that will improve my work place performance. Versatility: The fully tailored approach applies to any profession. Actionability: Highlight the practical recommendations and the included 90 day plan for behavioural change. NST Professionals Community organised the review session.

I really enjoyed taking the Big Five Personality Test. It was surprisingly insightful and, even though it took a little time to complete, the results felt very accurate and gave me a much clearer understanding of my strengths, weaknesses, and overall personality. What I appreciated most was how practical and detailed the insights were. I also didn’t expect to receive such a comprehensive Career Development Report completely for free, that was a really great bonus! Definitely a valuable experience for anyone who wants to understand themselves better and gain some direction for personal and career development
