We have used PSI for two years now. Being from Canada some of the other companies were confusing and costly. They initially answered all my questions and it was easy to sign up.

The customer service was the best one ever. I was extremely stressed as my waiver was denied at my University. Ms Odette calmed me down and the problem was solved within 10 minutes.

I have been purchasing insurance with PSI as an International student since 2018 and their service is unmatched. They are kind, understand and they do what it takes to come to a solution for you. Excellent communication with customers and universities as well. I have never had issues with insurance compliance while using PSI Services.

I had a great experience with PSI. I bought the Bronze plan for my university, even though my university didn’t approve the insurance due to new ACA compliance. The PSI insurance team understood and processed the refund smoothly.

Very fast and Nice customer Support.

They have been kind enough to approve my request which was not possible according to certain terms yet they understood my requirement and helped me get the plan i wanted . Karla especially was really kind and made it very easy for me .
