Customer service was excellent. I had an issue with not being able to select the appropriate plan on the PSI website. I called customer service and Madesin quickly provided me with helpful information on the suitable plans. She then solved my issue by manually enrolling me in the best-value plan, which allowed me to receive my Health Insurance waiver.
