Joined for Fall 2025–Spring 2026. Compared with HMSA, the UH-endorsed plan that never replied to my emails, PSI has been quick and helpful in their email responses. I haven’t needed to use the insurance yet, but their responsiveness gives me confidence they’ll handle things properly if I ever have to file a claim.

Very easy with all guidelines! Odette helped me with the process and any customization I may need for my plan. I found it difficult to find VT specific plans since they have extensive requirements, but PSI helped me attain the plan at a feasible rate, and also with the process to attain my waiver.
