No analytical data. Overcharge my credit card. No direct phone number. had to send email to generic editor email address. Zero customer response. I googled my press release and the sites that the article showed up on were garbage. Will not be using them again based on poor results and lack of communication.

This is one of the worst and most useless press release services you can find online. I paid $250 for a press release, and it’s nowhere near as good as another one I got from a different provider for just $50. Definitely do not buy from them.

Unfortunately, I need to add to the string of one-star reviews. Non-existent customer service. They do not respond. No phone number. No chat. No Visibility Report. They send the release to junk sites. I paid more than $400. How are these people in business??

Awful, non-existent customer service. It's often impossible to contact them, and when they do get off their rear ends to respond, it's only via email -- and rudely.

Our experience with Cision PRWeb was terrible. Despite having had great success with reputable distributors in the past, we decided to try out Cision PRWeb as a new distributor. Unfortunately, they changed some information on our approved press release without informing us. This caused issues when we released it, and their performance in distributing our news was an utter failure. As a result of their poor service, we failed to achieve our desired results for the first time.

What a waste of $500 Canadian received exactly 6 more hits on our web site vs the previous day. 0 sales Zero enquiries. Don't waste your money with these guys!
