I purchased and received 2 Otterbox's for my Droid Min's. Now, Otterbox does have a factory in Mexico BUT they only have 1 registered design for each phone case. What I was received was counterfeit items. They did take the return and refund my purchase but it never needed to come to this. If quality control was as important as making money by giving great deals on quality items, I would have received genuine items. They were reported to Otterbox's Corporate Legal Department. I will not shop with them again and I could not justify recommending anyone else to them either.

On 10/29/2015, I ordered a product nothing expensive, and few minutes later I noticed it is not the right size. I called customer service and explained and he confirmed it will be the wrong size and that was the only size. He was a very polite young man and said the merchandise was not yet pulled out and he will process my refund and it should post back to my account latest by the next day. As of 11-4-15 there was no refund posted and called customer service again and she was puzzled as to why the refund had not posted and she said she will research further and call me back. Well! i had a message that the refund will be processed and it should be another 2-3 business day. I am very disappointed that it is taking 10 days to process my refund. Honestly, for being first time customer and having this experience I don't think i will order again. I am sorry to write such review but it is the truth. Thank you Theresa

I ordered and paid for a pedestal mirror. Being an overseas customer, the credit card company charged me a high commission amount. I was expecting a parcel in the mail, but all I got was an email from PruneDanish saying that the article was out of stock and they would quickly reimburse my payment. That was on 9 June, and so far there has been no reimbursement into my credit card account. I am not satisfied with this company and would like my money back.I bought the mirror in good faith. They shouldn't advertised goods if they haven't got them in stock.

I ordered a phone case on December 15th with my credit card, it took until December 18th to ship....it is now December 27th and I still have not received my case. When I contacted them about canceling my order and getting a refund, their response was... "Okay, just return the item to us and once we get it we should be able to refund your money in a week to 2 weeks." Problem is.....I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM YET!!! I am ready to just say to hell with it and write it off as a loss. This was the first time I used PruneDanish.com and it is the last time I will use it ever again.

This company uses level 3 shipping. I called the 800# (tracking my phone case i ordered) for the post office and they explained to me how that works...packages are bottom of priority list and can take weeks.

Well it's been a week already since I purchased a product from this site. I still haven't received my merchandise, or had any email about the progress of my order. But today I did receive an email wanting me to give my feed back, so here it is. Not good business at all. Will never order from here again.

Received a defective product and CS emailed me and said to contact the manufacture that made it to have it covered under warranty. I guess the 30 day money back guarantee means nothing. First time purchase at PruneDanish and most likely my last. "Update, I replied to the email that was sent with pictures of the defective part (their request) and have not received any response after several days. When I see all the 5 star reviews I guess I have to assume I just happen to be really unlucky. The 1 star rating says it all "unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.
