I paid to park at their lot downtown (Denver) but apparently the sign that I scanned, literally next to my vehicle was for “another lot” although there was no clear line, markings or anything separating the two lots. I disputed the charge by sending over my receipt and the dispute was denied. It wasn’t as though I tried to not pay for parking. Regardless, this isn’t going g to help my cause, I already paid the “ticket” but if anything just be aware that the lot located at 1360 Cherokee sucks and I’ll never park there ever again. It’s all just a money grab like everything these days. I’m assuming that my dispute wasn’t even handled by a real person. Anyways, I feel better after posting this, so it is what it is….

Terrible company. Scammers and money hungry. Try to trick you so you get a ticket and owe them money and have no grace even if it's your own building. Terrible company so slimy.

These guys are crooks. Avoid their parking lots or you will pay the price. I went on-line and reserved my spot, $9 for 7 hours. I got to the lot 40 minutes early., traffic was light. The attendant, (their company representative) reviewed my reservation and said, "your good". A week later, they invoiced me $55 for the 40 minutes. I have 2 witnesses and they have the video. Two other people got inflated invoices for similar issue. One reserved the whole day and still got an invoice. The Attorney General of Colorado settled with them for $100k for violating the Fair Debt Collection Act. Apparently the punitive damages has not changed their practices.

Atrocious customer service. Predatory business practices. Avoid at all costs. Said I didn't pay, now trying to charge me $100.

I’m sharing my experience in case other Colorado consumers are seeing the same issue. On January 18, 2026 I attended the Show Me Reptiles event at The Ranch Events Complex in Loveland, Colorado. The event advertised free parking, but attendees were instructed to enter their vehicle information through the ParkWhiz system. I followed the instructions and received a valid ParkWhiz reservation confirmation. Two days later I received a “Notice of Non-Compliance” from Parking Revenue Recovery Services Inc. claiming that parking had not been paid and demanding a $55 fee. I immediately submitted a dispute through the website listed in the notice. The dispute system provided no case number, confirmation email, or way to track the submission. Months later the alleged fee was escalated to a collection notice from an attorney. I have documentation showing: • the ParkWhiz reservation confirmation • the violation notice • dispute submissions I have now formally disputed the debt and filed complaints with Colorado consumer protection agencies. If other attendees from this event or location experienced similar notices, it would be helpful to know how widespread this issue may be.

These people are frauds and steal your money. I parked in orlando and showed the receipt. At the time of parking, I tried to extend my time and the site would not allow it. So we left the restaurant and just decided to leave but because the time had just expired they charged $97. Even after sending a dispute with evidence they still denied it.

Complete scam. They charged me 104$ when I didn't even park in the lot. Then another 104$ WHEN I PAID TO BE IN THE LOT AND ALL THE SPOTS WERE TAKEN. And now they are literally refusing to even respond to my messages!

I paid to park here as a gym member. I was told by numerous groups they didn’t pay. A few weeks later I’m getting charged a $98 fine for staying a little longer past my time. I asked the groups who did NOT pay if anyone else had been changed or fined and nobody but myself was fined. At the end of the day it’s better to not pay for this pointless parking when they will just scam you with of an insane fine. Never again.
