Only chat support is available. I paid for premium proxies, but despite making the payment and receiving the invoice via email, I did not get any IP. I contacted chat support for help, and they advised me to change the location because the selected country’s IPs were not available. Not recommended

We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We were undergoing technical maintenance on our UK ISP proxy issuance at the time, which caused a temporary delay. Our team resolved the issue within a few hours and was prepared to provide the IPs as requested, but we received a refusal from you to proceed. We're still ready and able to issue the proxies—please reach out to our chat support if you'd like to move forward, and we'll ensure a smooth process. Thank you for your understanding! Regards, ProxyWing team

I’ve been using ProxyWing for a few months, and the service has been consistently fast and stable. The setup process was straightforward, and their customer support team responds quickly whenever I have questions. Speeds are good, uptime is reliable, and the pricing is fair for the quality. Overall, a trustworthy proxy provider for both personal and professional needs.

Their proxies in the scenario “My server in Warsaw -> Their proxy in Warsaw -> End server in Warsaw” have very high latency, 400-500ms, while proxies of other services show latency up to 50-150ms. Support couldn't help me in any way.
Response from ProxyWingAug 7, 2025
I'm sorry for the latency issues with our Warsaw proxies—that's not the experience we aim for. Our internal tests show typical latencies of 50-200ms for proxies like ours, which is standard and often better than competitors' claims (theirs might use faster but less authentic datacenter IPs). High 400-500ms readings usually stem from client-side factors like network congestion, ISP routing, or config errors—not our proxies. Let's troubleshoot: Share your test details (e.g., traceroute output, proxy IPs used), and we'll check logs on our end. In the meantime, try off-peak testing or rotating proxies. We stand by our quality—most users see great performance. We'll get this fixed!
