Proxy fell. Support not responding. Whole day trying to reach them. The whole time they are just saying to explain the issue while my system is waiting. Answering every 1hour with completely unrelated and bad answers such as where did you encounter a problem. I already have explained that the proxy just doesnt have a connection. I'm not really giving bad reviews ever but today my whole day I'm pissed and they talk to me like everything is correct.

I had a very disappointing experience… Advertised UDP support does not actually work on residential proxies
I had a very disappointing experience with Proxyrack. The main reason I chose this service was the advertised UDP support on residential proxies. In reality, UDP does not work at all. Every UDP test fails when using their residential proxies. At the same time, UDP works perfectly on the same machine and network without the proxy, with other proxy providers, and through OpenVPN. This clearly points to an issue on Proxyrack’s side, not a local network problem. Customer support was unwilling to properly investigate the issue. Instead of checking the proxy configuration or escalating the case, they kept sending links to generic help articles and repeating scripted responses. Even after I provided clear evidence that UDP works without their proxy, they continued blaming my network. The dashboard and proxy setup are also inconvenient and confusing. Proxy configuration feels clunky, and the documentation does not match the actual behavior of the service. At this point, the advertised UDP support looks more like a marketing claim than a real, usable feature. When I asked about a refund due to a key advertised feature not working, support simply stopped engaging and continued sending generic replies without addressing the refund request. Overall, the service does not deliver what is advertised, technical support avoids responsibility, and critical issues are not resolved. If you specifically need UDP support or expect responsive, technical customer support, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration this situation has caused and for how it came across.
We’d like to clarify how UDP support works on our residential network, as this may not have been communicated clearly during your interaction with support. Our residential pool contains a mix of IPs — some support UDP traffic and some do not. To ensure you are assigned an exit node that does support UDP, the request flow and authentication parameters are important:
- If the first request made through the proxy is a standard browser/web (TCP) request, the system may assign an IP that does not support UDP.
- To explicitly request UDP-enabled IPs, you can enforce this at authentication by appending
-udp-true or ;udp=true to your proxy username.
This guarantees that only UDP-capable exit nodes are assigned.
- Alternatively, your first request must be a UDP request so the system can correctly detect and allocate a compatible IP.
Without one of the above, it can indeed appear that “UDP does not work,” even though the network itself does support it
We would really appreciate the opportunity to review your specific setup properly. Please reach out directly to [email protected] and reference this Trustpilot review. If we’re unable to provide a working solution for your use case, we are absolutely open to reviewing a refund, particularly if a key advertised feature did not meet your needs.
Thank you again for the detailed feedback — it helps us improve both our product and our support processes.

I can see that this proxy provider is…
I can see that this proxy provider is unstable and almost unusable. The configurations do not match properly, and the performance is very poor, with extreme slowness. This is really frustrating.
The customer service is extremely slow, and I do not recommend this provider.

We’re sorry to see this review, especially since we’re currently assisting you in an active support conversation.
The behavior you’re describing is related to how residential proxies work, including geo and ISP classification, not service instability. This was already explained in the ticket with supporting documentation.
Our support team has responded and continues to assist you. If you’re experiencing specific errors or slowness, please share clear examples in the open ticket so we can review them properly.

Very very bad proxies and very bad support
Very very bad proxies. Same for the support. It’s like you are talking to a person who just know to answer one question at a time. If you send 2 questions then it’s not able that you gonna get 2 answers. You need to repeat yourself over and over again.

Do not purchase if you want a sticky…
Do not purchase if you want a sticky IP. They will never work.
Response from ProxyrackJun 9, 2025
Thank you for your feedback.
Sticky IPs are designed to maintain the same exit node for a set duration (e.g., 10, 30, or 60 minutes) depending on your configuration.
If you're encountering issues, our support team can help diagnose and resolve this quickly. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected]. Our team is here to help and would love to review your case personally.

Backlinking False Advertising
It requires organic traffic, not just active users. Even hundreds of daily users recorded by Google Analytics cannot meet the requirement. Another requirement is that the page should not be newly built, nor should it be made just for the purpose of applying for this reward. So how can a newly built page immediately have organic traffic? It contradicts each other.
------6/9-----
The natural visitors you mentioned refer to ahrefs organic traffic, but this is not the same as the number of natural visitors, ahrefs organic traffic is an unknown number. After all, this is your activity, you have the final say, you don't count the users who come through Google search or your own promotion, but the virtual natural traffic. You think you want more visitors who directly purchase agents, hahahaha.
Response from ProxyrackJun 9, 2025
Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your interest in our backlink program. To ensure fairness and meaningful visibility, the linked page must be well-established and receive at least 1,000 monthly organic visitors. This helps us avoid pages created solely to claim rewards.
We realize this means a newly created page would not typically qualify immediately, which is intentional. The goal is to reward backlinks that are naturally integrated into valuable, trusted, and active content—not artificially created solely to claim resources.
We’ve reviewed your submissions multiple times, but unfortunately, they don’t meet the requirements at this stage. You're more than welcome to reapply once the criteria are met. We value your support and hope to work with you again in the future.

No refund after payment. Questionable data security
Right after I paid, I realized I didn’t want to use the service — but getting a refund was impossible. Once you complete KYC, they won’t issue any refunds, which makes the situation even worse.
What really worries me is security. If the IP I used somehow ends up in the hands of a scammer, there’s a real risk I could be held responsible. It feels like all the risk is placed on the user.
They claim my data is secure and won’t be shared without my consent — but who can guarantee they won’t hand it over to the authorities if requested? Will they even notify me before doing so?
Of course, they’ll say that no scammers can exist on their platform with KYC — but who’s to say a scammer can’t just buy a verified account like anyone else?
Overall, this leaves a bad impression. I expected more responsibility and transparency from a proxy service, especially when dealing with sensitive user data.
And again — no refund, even if you change your mind right after payment. Be careful.
