The combination of useful documentation and responsive customer service got us up and running in less than an hour, geo-targeting our specific markets and made the transition from our previous vendor completely painless.

I've been using this service for over a year and have never had a problem. I can't remember a significant downtime of any of the services and i use it 24/7. Support replies quickly and purposefully. Questions were fully answered. And at that price you would even have to give 6 out of 5 stars :)

Very happy with their SOCKS5 UDP. Because of this I can actually only use Proxyrack as basically no where else offers this protocol.

The convenience offered is amazing and the service is spot-on; any issue is quickly and nicely discussed. I had a minor issue which was solved above my expectations by offering me a compensation while I didn’t ask for it. I am very happy with the service and wouldn't consider any other provider!
