i got Austria static residential…
i got Austria static residential proxies. when i registered account , my account has been blocked.. ip is the problem cause i used another provider and there was no issue. AVOID$

Proxiware stole money from my account…
Proxiware stole money from my account and I have no idea who these jerks even are. I just woke up one morning and they robbed my bank account so how they got my credit card is beyond me I am gonna charge them with fraud

Spam emails, can't unsubscribe

Hi there, The last thing we want to do is spam our users. Outside of transactional emails, we actually don't send many emails to our customers. Perhaps you are receiving emails by mistake. Could you let us know which emails are "spamming" you? We'd love to fix the issue for you. Edit: We checked our systems and saw you've only received of 3 emails from us over many months.

They are crap service
They are crap service, proxy have uptime like 30% ? haha all reviews here are fake. Support on live chat can do nothing only send to faq. Never get replied on ticket. Very bad service with btc pay only with high fees

Thank you for your review. We believe this to be a case of a "revenge review." Since Trustpilot won't provide the customers email, its hard to verify your experience. One thing I can say for sure is that we've been operating for over a year and our downtime is very minuscule. We have numerous fail-safes in place so that if something happens to our servers or proxies, they will be back online within minutes automatically. Regarding your comment on our live chat agents, they are outsourced from a third party. This means they do not have access to any backend panel, or any billing platform. They can only help strictly with troubleshooting, and common FAQs. If there is an issue they cannot help with, they create a ticket, and a member of our team responds within 24-48 hours. Sometimes there are a large amount of tickets and the wait time could be longer. Lastly, regarding the bitcoin fees, that is completely out of our control. When you send a transaction with bitcoin, you have to pay fees alongside with it. Usually the fees is very small (pennies) but sometimes when there is a large amounts of transactions on the blockchain network, the fees and can be a little more expensive (couple dollars). The fee doesn't go to us, it goes to the miners that handle transactions. Regardless, if you are unhappy with the service we do offer refunds. You are welcome to request one if you haven't already consumed your bandwidth.
