I always get a very fast turn around time from the time I submit the script to the finished product. This helps me get everything I need to my video editor to put all the pieces together. I contacted Chris at ProVoiceUSA to provide a voice over for our phone system's auto-attendant. Once I provided the script, he had a sample in my in-box within the hour. It was spot on! I ordered immediately. After a day went buy, our tech department informed me that the file had to be converted to a special format in order to be uploaded in our equipment. They had tried to convert it but the reduction in quality did not pass our requirements. I emailed Chris to ask if he could convert the file and resend. I had it in my inbox within an hour.
