I've been working with pro voice for over a year, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Every voice over is done quick, and perfect. They have great talent, and amazing prices.

This was my first experience with ProVoice and I was very impressed with their customer service and quick response time to my order. After sending them my information they turned around the recording the same afternoon. They made the transaction so easy for me-- It was great! I would recommend them to anyone looking for recordings!!

Their roster has gotten much better and more varied. The prices are great, and they deliver as promised.

I can't imagine ever needing to look for another solution for our needs. We use ProVoice to produce approximately :15 voiceovers for cinema advertising products. I deal directly with Chris. We send our script, advising the gender of the talent and tone, and infrequently, any other relevant details. We receive a solid, quality product every time. They even offer the option (which we use consistently) to integrate background music. Although we can give general direction in what we're looking for, we have come to simply trust Chris to find what is appropriate, and we haven't disagreed with his choice once. One specific thing that I have to point out is their attention to detail. If I send a script that has a single word that doesn't have an obvious pronunciation (for instance, the name of a small city or technical term), Chris will immediately turn around with a response that includes what they assume the pronunciation to be, phonetically. I've never had to go back and ask them to re-record because of mis-pronunciation. Their speed is amazing. We're on the East Coast, and I believe they are on the West, but the time gap, if anything, has been beneficial to us. After we send a script and everything is ironed out, I am sent an invoice via Paypal (at a very fair price), and once I pay, they produce the product like lightning! We often have same-day turnaround, without even asking for rush service! Additionally, we're not talking about a two-person shop here. We have to have various people reading our scripts, or it might sound monotone, or boring during our presentation. We receive a varied and high-quality array of talent. We've even found specific talent that we'd like to use in certain cases and have been able to request that person without issue (surely this is subject to their availability, but we've been lucky). It might sound like I am affiliated or have some stake in the success of their business, but I guarantee that my review is simply a sincere appreciation from a very satisfied customer. I look forward to working with Chris and ProVoice for the foreseeable future, and I don't think you should hesitate to use them if you have similar needs!
