Thank you for taking the time to post your feelings. We understand how upset you must be to make this effort to post this here after watching a "clout video." We welcome you to come to our 80,000 sq ft manufacturing facility to see firsthand. We actually make locks, while the "clout chaser" cannot; otherwise, they would. Please stop by and get your own firsthand opinion versus falling into a "clout trap." Best regards

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, though we must clarify that the claims in your post are not consistent with any records or verified customer interactions in our system. We have no record of a purchase under your name, nor any communication requesting support or a refund. We take accusations of fraud and product failure very seriously. However, your statement aligns closely with a recent wave of online misinformation stemming from a YouTube video that misrepresented our products. That video demonstrated a contrived and unrealistic scenario that does not reflect the design, performance, or security testing standards of our locks. If you are a genuine customer and believe you experienced an issue, we encourage you to reach out to us directly through our verified contact page so we can review your case. Otherwise, we must view this post as part of the ongoing misinformation campaign targeting our company. We remain committed to transparency and invite anyone to visit our 80,000 sq. ft. facility in Tampa Bay to see our products and processes firsthand.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Gabriel. We reviewed your profile and noticed you are located in Germany, where we do not sell or distribute our products. Because of this, it’s very disheartening to see a review that appears not to be based on firsthand experience. We take product security and performance extremely seriously, and we always welcome genuine customer feedback. The best way to understand the engineering and testing behind our locks is to see it in person. We can only offer you an invitation to visit our 80,000 sq ft manufacturing facility. We’re not sure how often you travel to the United States, but if you are ever in the Tampa Bay area, please let us know—we would gladly give you a firsthand experience of our process. Best regards

Thank you for your passionate response. We understand how some influencers can grab someone's loyalty, and unfortunately, they are not always operating under the most honest circumstances. We can only offer you the opportunity to form a firsthand experience with our products. You are more than welcome to come to our manufacturing facility to see for yourself. Please let us know when you are in the Tampa Bay area. This will also allow you to have a firsthand opinion, rather than what someone projects in a "clout video."

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Dianne. We’re aware of the videos you referenced; however, these pieces of content are created for entertainment and “clout” and often do not reflect real-world use or the engineering that goes into our products. We always encourage feedback based on **firsthand experience**, not secondhand opinions from online personalities. We also reached out to verify your purchase information so we could better understand any actual concerns you may have, but we did not receive a response. If you have personally used our lock and experienced an issue, we would be more than willing to help. Please feel free to contact us directly with your order details so we can address any legitimate concerns. Best regards
