I buy vitamins from various USA…
I buy vitamins from various USA suppliers. All seem to ship fine with no extra charges except for Provasil. Every order gets stopped at customs and requires me to go to Canada Post and pay taxes plus a $10.00 handling charge. The taxes I can live with. The handling charge for these transaction I can't. As said, none of the other companies I purchase from have this problem. I assume it is because you ship through USPS which then connects with Canada Post and It seems everything is flagged for these shipments. Other companies use courier programs which never result in charges or delays in shipping as they are delivered directly to my residence. I will not purchase from your company and am already testing other products.
