I'm glad I took a chance can on them (they are a new company) because I have not been disappointed. Their equipment has helped me take better care of my aging mother.

The owner was very helpful, she helped me find a replacement part for an older model of a product their site didn't even advertise anymore. It arrived quickly, was less expensive than I thought it would be and she gave me a veteran discount. Good, old fashioned customer service!
