Proudly ServedReviews of proudly-served.com

I recently ordered a hoodie from Proudly Served. It’s the first time i have ordered anything relating to my military days in the early 70’s. I loved all the options i had as far as what i wanted on the waffle hoodie. I cherish my military days and I wanted something that was excellent quality and also the same in what verbiage i wanted on the hoodie. What I received even exceeded my expectations. Also the communication with Proudly Served was outstanding. They were always very prompt on responding to my questions. Excellent run organization.

Finally received product (waffle type hoodie) 1-month after ordering. Cheap, cheap, cheap.... Does not resemble what was advertised. My ship was the USS Basilone DD-824 (it was in the inventory for Proudly Served) but the patch on the hoodie that I received is just an iron on patch - not an actual patch and it's the DDE-824 (that's not the Navy ship that I was on). Coloring of the IRON ON patches is bright and ugly. The United States Flag (IRON ON) patch on the upper sleeve is backwards. The Stars and Stripes is on the right side of the flag, NOT the correct left side where it belongs! As a PROUD veteran - I CANNOT WEAR THIS. $70 plus dollars later - THANKS FOR NOTHING!

I ordered a custom UAW jacket. The order was wrong but accidents happen. Customer service accepted their mistake and shipped a new one out without hassle and zero charge quickly. Thanks!

The product was exactly what I ordered. The graphics were vibrant and professional in appearance. The quality of the garment itself was what I was promised on the website. Will order from this company in the future.

This is a great company. My squadron was not listed and they worked with me to get the correct squadron fixed just right. It was a birthday present and everyone present love the shirt. Thank you Grace for working with me ! Your fast service and overall great customer service will have me coming back for more. Thank you! ps, I don't normally by things I see on the Facebook, but I'm glad I tried this.

Ordered a Navy Blue shirt and received a black shirt also a Chinese 2XL is a USA large, so obviously didn't know the shirt was coming from China in the wrong size and color so I got ripped off for $55

Be careful, I bought one in 2XL came as a large marked as 2XL. Emailed them and they were quick to get back but gave me 15% back. I wanted the shirt but now have a place keeper in my drawer. I will not try again.

The custom Hawaiian shirt is so perfect. My ship details are so clear. So so happy to wear the shirt at our Navy reunion. 👍's up .
