Customers are the life blood of our business, but this is an unreasonable review. See email we sent him below. Hi Khalif, We reached out to UPS today and they informed us that they left 3 notices and the last notice said to contact them for delivery. Apparently, you didn't reach out to them until recently as you stated which was after the date put on the final notice they left. Unfortunately, we can't be held responsible for your lack of actions with UPS. To prevent issues like this, we have our shipping policy listed on every single food item's description that we sell: https://www.proteinsnackshop.com/pages/shipping-returns Cheesecakes are a perishable item so I'm surprised you wouldn't track the shipment better. While we pack really well and with dry ice, they won't stay fresh forever and unfortunately we can't be held responsible when it's out of our hands and UPS made every attempt to deliver and left 3 notices for you. Please name specific companies that give refunds on consumable products because someone doesn't like the taste. For example, do you go to the grocery store and try a candy bar and don't like it so take it back to the grocery store? Of course not, you simply throw it away and don't purchase again. If this was the case, there would be a lot of companies out of business from customers who take advantage of them by ordering all kinds of products and asking for refunds. Almost every one loves our products as seen by our reviews everywhere. Even though her request was unreasonable, we still tried to go above and beyond for her. While we explained that we can't give refunds on products people don't like because of taste, Shermaine was given a $10 credit to show her we appreciated her support. Because of the quality of ingredients we use like pure peanut butter (we don't use any cheap oils like rapeseed or canola oil), it can seem a little dryer than the other flavors. And due to different palates, we do see where people like certain flavors and not on others including the seasonings. We normally don't give any refunds on products people don't like because of a personal flavor preference as some absolutely love them and others don't like in your case. Sonny After this correspondence and without any warning, Shermaine proceeded to unfairly and inaccurately review our company even though we did offer her a solution. We try our best to serve our customers and make them happy, but some customers are just not going to be happy no matter what you do and I believe this is one of those cases unfortunately.
