Complete transparency and direct communication since day one: I get progress reports often and I can see what companies are resistent to removing my information as well as all the companies that are consistent with policy. I initially found them at random while looking into why I am frequently receiving so many spam calls. Although my online information is going to take a while to eradicate, I trust that they are doing everything they can to get me to a better place.
