I ordered and received the filters for my furnace/AC that I needed as the old one needed changing! The price was good and the delivery was fine. However, I think the wording in the delivery portion of the order should be changed. When I placed the order it said that the order would ship to deliver in one day service. However, it still arrived within the week of ordering so no big deal! I've taken out the old and replaced with a nice new clean filter!! All is good!

Update 9/04/24 Amazing customer service, I reordered and the box and contents arrived intact! I will definitely order again! The order arrived with the box damaged and all but 1 item missing. I sent pictures to the company and promptly received a refund for the order. Excellent customer service, 5 stars! 1 star was lost for the shipping department not packaging the order properly. I will definitely order again!
