I am still indecisive about this product. I should have kept a record of my bathroom visits. I still go frequently, but the urge to go isn't as strong. My bladder still doesn't seem fully empty. I have to wait a few seconds more for the second stream. However, I can sleep more through the night.

I am on my 20th day of taking Protogenix ( 3 ) Times each day as per the instructions and I have not had any change of improvement for my issue as of today 09/12/2024. So as I continue with the ( 30 ) capsules, I am in hopes that my issues ( will ) start to Fade Away 🤷🏻♂️

It has helped my stream, but I still get up overnight to urinate and have a hard time getting back to sleep!
