Received a call everyday from this number with Prospifi caller id. When I took time off work to pick one of the calls up, the lady on the phone was rude and misleading. She said "I have an update on your loan" but when I asked her to tell me what the update was she tried to transfer me to another person. I told her if there was a legitimate update on my loan (which I had no record of applying for) the lending agent with the update could call me directly as they should already have all my information. She said that was not how it works and began speaking over me, so I told her to put me on the do not call list and she just hung up.

I spoke with Mark, who responded to me when I replied to one of their mail and flyers. I thought he was very nice and trying to be helpful until he came back onto the phone with me to tell me he couldn’t approve me for the loan that I wanted, but he could put me in essentially a program with the “ potential “ to be reviewed to see if I could get a loan in six months. He got angry when I told him I did not want debt consolidation program . I told him I will just keep doing what I’m doing With my bills and he said you do that and he hung up on me.

They contacted me with out a referral from me. They got my information from a sell but not by me. Beware!
