This bank is a great example of what uncustomer service looks like. It took me over 12 minutes and two verifications to up my ATM limit and communicate that I am leaving the country. The best question "why do I want to up my ATM - limit? I told them want to burn my money - it is not their business - since when?

CAN NOT GET INTO MY CHECKING OR SAVING ACCOUNT. THEIR SECURITY IS WAY OUT THERE. THEY TOOK OVER MY PREVIOUS BANK IN 2020 AND ITS BEEN ABSOLUTELY CRAZY SINCE THEN. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL FRAUD CASES ON MY ACCOUNT AND THEY DONE NOTHING ABOUT THEM. I AM ON SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS AND I ONLY GET PAID ONCE A MONTH. I HAVE DIRECT DEPOSIT OR I WOULD CHANGE BANKS.

I’ve been a client of Prosperity Bank for over a year. I can honestly say I have never had a better or easier relationship with a bank. I’ve been in every branch in Tulsa. Unfailing I’ve been treated respectfully, kindly and I sensed their desire to help me accomplish what I was there for. From the woman who opened my account, every teller and phone bank help line person has been outstanding. Today Jasiah helped me on the phone. I’ve never spoken to someone whose friendliness and desire to help I could recognize over the phone as easily as I could from her. She listed, did it very quickly thanked me , asked if there was anything else and treated me with the utmost respect. I see no reason I’d ever leave Prosperity Bank. Thank each of you !

Only do Zelle over business days, customer service only available on the weekdays even though they have an 800 on the back and CHARGE $35 OVERDRAFT fees when my account had 10x the amount trying to process.

I am utterly devastated after my experience with Prosperity Bank. As a victim of fraud, I lost a staggering $83,000, and the bank's response was shockingly indifferent. They completely ignored my pleas for help and refused to assist in recovering my money. It's heartbreaking to see a financial institution that should protect its customers instead harbor thieves. I urge everyone to think twice before trusting this bank with your hard-earned money.

They're customer service is terrible, but it's not surprising given how poorly they treat their employees. They don't care about people and they certainly don't care about you and your money. The sooner they go out of business, the better.

Worst customer service ever. My parents both passed in 2024 and my mother, who passed first, had an account there. Instead of recognizing her husband (who was there by her bedside as she passed) and allowing us to close his estate and move forward with our lives- they have dragged it out and demanded we spend more money than what is in the account on legal expenses. Their homemade will, deemed invalid for probate but signed and notarized by my parents, was not enough for them to recognize that my mother wanted everything she owned to go to him. The disregard for her final wishes and the insensitivity in the interactions adds a red hot rage to my grief. Avoid if you have a heart.
