Fun, interesting, and educational. Going to the 3 day course to learn more. Went to the 3 day class and it was basically $600 spent to hear about another class that was $40k. Didn't even receive the watch that was supposed to be in the package. Waste of time and money.

Our expert speakers go into much more detail on the process of tax liens and real estate than what is covered in the free seminar. We also provide a login to our website with access to educational tools and resources, and a take home kit at the workshop. Additionally, we do want to clarify that we absolutely do offer additional products and services. With the $40,000 investment, you receive a significant amount of mentorship, educational content, access to our live events, support staff, our reserved inventory, and much more. Many of our clients have found unmatched value in this service and we will continue to provide this for them. However, we understand it is not for everyone and you are in no way obligated to purchase these services. In regards to the smart watch, everyone that attends is eligible to receive the smart watch and you are required to fill out a voucher at the event.
