Great information, great instructor and non pushy environment to get into the 3 day workshop. Very informative and focused on local market plus a huge bonus giving us access to their website with the list of liens and deeds!! Excited to learn a lot more and get into deeds all over the country!

My partner Judy and I feel like real dunces sometimes, but our advisor, Erin Bates has the patience of a saint. How she teaches us is by repetition and skillful direction. I say this because Judy and I are both in our sixties, so old dogs can be taught. Since our first contact after we had trouble making up our minds after the 3 day seminar, we were asked, can we be taught? It has been scary and exciting at the same time, without Erin's help we would be in trouble. Thank you Prosource, and especially thank you Erin. Tim and Judy

ProSource has been everything anyone could hope for in education about a topic as well as follow through afterwards. Highly recommend them if you have an interest in real estate. Other educational services I have used in the past do not begin to compare.
