The plan was very comprehensive
The plan was very comprehensive. The only thing that I would give it five stars is if they could certify the plans with a Professional Engineer and Surveyor which my county requires for a building permit. I was able to find PE to certify the plans. That being said, I have recommended this site to others.

If a county requires a Professional Engineer (PE) or Surveyor stamp, the plans can be certified locally, just as you were able to do.
