Proshred has been very reliable. John Ettal has been excellent. SO have the 2 drivers that we have had - Anthony and Darren(?). I am glad I found this company!

Service was on time and very efficient. Only disappointment was that I had pre-arranged for pickup and proper/secure disposal of several old cell phones, but the driver wasn't even aware that this was a service offered. So now I still have to recycle those old phones somewhere.

The experience has been good, except that we are to get a pick up on the last Friday of the month. Last month it was a week early and we weren’t ready.

ProShred comes unexpectedly so while the cost of service provided is ideal and solid, I would give them five stars if they stuck to the schedule consistently.

Their estimate and appointment were both on point. Personnel were knowledgeable and helpful.

4.5 stars! The service was excellent and exactly what we needed. I wish I had known about the business when we cleaned out my in-laws’ estate a few years ago. We had 20 boxes and no lie - it was loaded and shredded while I watched in about ten minutes. I would have given five stars but there was a little snag in our booking and we had to wait a week for the next time they were in our neighborhood. I would definitely use them again. They also beat everyone else’s quote, so a good value as well.

The driver was very professional and handled all our shredding quickly and in a very clean fashion with only a little help from our maintenance team. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I expected them hours before they arrived and no one let me know they would be running late. Although technically they did arrive within the 4 hour window they gave us, they arrived with only 15 minutes to spare and our maintenance team stayed late to assist them because of this. The actual work, however was impeccable and the team was always very nice on the phone and in emails.
