Love the shirt. Only complaint was the ridiculously long shipping time.

I kept seeing the ads on Facebook so I decided to try it out. I was not disappointed at all. I chose my boyfriends and his late father’s karaoke song. He cried when he saw it. The print is so clear that you can read the entire song, Neon Moon. I will definitely purchase from preprint.com again!!

Absolutely love your product. Shirts fit extremely well, good quality. Wonderful gift to give and receive. Only comment is, it took a long time to receive what I bought. Over 6 weeks. Missed the timeline of the present I wanted to give. Will continue to order this product, but will plan for longer wait time.

Run around request for a replacement I ordered a sweater. When I received the item I emailed one of the item was incorrect and I had an emo thread for verification. They asked for photos of the product which I sent. Even though I had previous emails that I have forwarded showing it was not what I had ordered. I keep getting the runaround from customer service saying my product was what I ordered. The color was wrong and the song was wrong. I'm still waiting More than 2 weeks get a replacement

I ordered a black shirt with white text but received a white shirt with black text. I contacted customer service but never heard back from them.
