I don't understand why the reviews are lowly rated. I have been using Propstream since 2014, about 10 years now. I started out with the student subscription through my real estate investing course ($45 or $50 mo) and I maintained that same subscription for several years until that product was just not renewable anymore. After realizing it's value and that it truly is a one stop place, I subsequently upgraded about 3 yrs ago to a standard plan ($100 per month). I have found the system to be extremely useful in accessing property records across the country and generating comp reports before buying properties. You can research vacant properties, expired, divorce, bankruptcy, recent deaths and probates, tax / lien delinquent properties and so much more. Now that I have my real estate license, this is the system I use for detailed property information and prospecting areas to farm; especially when prospecting for land listings! In terms of the marketing campaigns, I have used the postcard campaign a few times and always send myself a test card. I frequently use the skip tracing - many numbers are disconnected but the system has so much more to offer. When you send out a campaign you can also create a landing page. The campaign single website landing page is not very customizable, so you'll need to create image flyers and upload them. The space is limited where you write your message and there is no footer for placing your license or required disclaimer notices. Overall, the system has been working great for me for 10 years. I am not a va person and I do not know the owner of the company.

One of the most powerful tools in my rei toolbox! I have generated thousands of leads leading to hundreds of conversations and several deals in the course of a few short months using their software. Very comprehensive features built into the website. I will say, I wish their mls link was faster, although the properties I target don’t require that so much. Also, a lot of data was lost recently, such as pictures from the last mls listings. Those used to help a lot with assessing the current or estimated current condition. The mobile app is also simple to use yet powerful. Would highly recommend this website for any investor or wholesaler.
