Thank you Sunny, for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you've encountered. After reviewing your account, we can confirm that you’re currently on a plan that does not include complimentary skip tracing (email and phone number data). As outlined in our plan details, free skip tracing is only available on our Pro, Elite, or Lead Automator plans. You can verify your current subscription and its included features by visiting the “Account” section within your PropStream dashboard. Regarding your billing history, we understand you experienced an error when attempting to retrieve your records. Normally, billing details—including recurring charges, in-app purchases, and prepaid credits—can be accessed through the 'Billing History' section, where you can download individual transactions or your full history via PDF. Our team is aware of the issue you encountered and is actively working on a resolution. As noted, your billing statement will be sent to you via email once resolved. We’re also sorry to hear about your difficulty reaching support regarding your cancellation. Your request has been received, and a member of our PropStream team will follow up with you by phone to ensure your concerns are properly addressed and resolved.
