I like Propstream immensely
I like Propstream immensely, but I do wish there were a better way for the search function to find addresses that do not conform to the criteria used by Propstream. The second item I would note would be the ability to customize postcards for campaigns with my own text.
Response from PropstreamApr 28, 2026
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your feedback, James. We also appreciate your suggestions about search and postcard customization, and we understand how useful those improvements would be. For postcards, you are able to customize the text by clicking 'Advanced Edit', and you’ll find around 20 font options you can choose from, along with adjusting the font size and colors. Your feedback is very helpful, and we’ll make sure to share it with our team. To support you better, we offer live daily webinars, resource videos, and free learning courses: - PropStream Academy: academy.propstream.com - Webinars: propstream.com/webinars - Resource Videos: propstream.com/video-library If you have any questions or need help with anything, feel free to contact us at [email protected] or call us at (877) 204-9040—we’d love the opportunity to guide you through it! – The PropStream Team

Marginal improvements to search
Marginal improvements to search functions over the years. But filter metrics are still not easily customizable, resulting in multiple redundant searches. Data is relatively comprehensive. Kept up with the times adding better AI valuation metrics. Different plans offer different search capabilities (instead of just data volume) which is annoying
Response from PropstreamFeb 27, 2026
Hi KK! Thank you for your thoughtful review and for sticking with us over the years. We’re glad to hear you’ve found the data comprehensive and that the newer AI valuation tools have been a positive addition. We understand your frustration with filter customization and needing to run multiple searches to get the right results. Improving search flexibility and overall workflow efficiency is something our product team continues to focus on. We also appreciate your feedback regarding plan-based feature differences, that insight is helpful as we evaluate how to best structure our offerings. If you’re open to it, we’d love to hear more about the specific filters or capabilities that would improve your experience. Please email us at [email protected] or call us at (877) 204-9040. Thanks again for being part of the PropStream community!

The company at first was slow to my inquiries and subsequently improved candid better. Otherwise I don't have any issues. I wanted to continue with the subscription, but could not due to budget issues and the rep could not help me to reduce the monthly cost so I had to regrettably cancel my subscription. A reduced cost would have helped. I am still opened to resume my subscription only if they would compromise on the monthly fees. Just remember, the RE industry is down.
Response from PropstreamSep 11, 2025

We completely understand how important budgeting is, especially given today’s real estate market. While our pricing is consistent across all users, we truly value your perspective and will share your input with our team. We’d be happy to welcome you back whenever the time is right and are here if you’d like to explore resources to get the most value from PropStream in the future. Wishing you continued success!

When I finally got a rep on the phone
When I finally got a rep on the phone, a bad experience became good. Laura was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The actual process of getting a rep on the phone was TERRIBLE! For more than a week I called (waiting on hold forever), requested call-backs (and never getting one) and sent emails (whoever that was that was emailing me is a very bad communicator)... I was NOT feeling good about you guys.
Response from PropstreamJul 28, 2025

We’re glad our representative was able to help turn things around, but we recognize that the process to get there shouldn’t have been so challenging. Your feedback is truly appreciated, and we’re actively working to improve our response times and communication. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
