Good quality product. There were not enough screws with the panel and the customer service was very prompt and accommodating at sending us more. The only thing was I thought the shipping was a little high. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

Ordered the product on line. Was kept apprised of the status of its manufacture and delivery. Product delivered on time in the condition ordered.

Unfortunately the 30" x 30" attic access door was dropped during shipping resulting in a bent corner and a misaligned frame. Martin with Pro Products was a pleasure to talk to and he is working on a solution. I am confident everything will be resolved perfectly. Thank you
