Parts where exactly as described and they came in very fast

The salesman was very knowledgeable, there was not surprises during installation. The phone and email follow-up on details was excellent. The installers were on time, did the job in 3 hours, everything was clean and neat when they finished. Provide good Maintenace instructions. Door looks great. Happy I replaced the old door.

I appreciated the quick response to my order, and especially the updates about that status of shipping, and delivery. Very good to have that information and the commitment from the person sending the updates, name of Martin.

This is a great quality product. The holes were pre drilled. It came with screws and anchors. I added their website to my favorites for future orders. I recommend their products to anyone.
