My only concern was with the order…
My only concern was with the order system being down for a couple days so my order could not be completed when I first called in. The sales person was very good.

Hello Kelly, Thanks for the review. Certainly, appreciate it. Again, I am sorry that our office network was down and I was unable to take your telephone order. I do however recall that I offered you to place your order online, which was working flawless, however, you stated you didn't have a computer.
