They charged me more than the invoice so I sent an email, they did fix that. I never received the product. My post office told me it was a scam, bogus tracking number. Be highly cautious before giving this company your money. I disputed the charge and reported them to attorney general.

Do not deal with this company. All i wanted was to return the item for a larger size and all that was offered was a $4 compensation. The product was of very poor quality and the sizing was terrible. Could have purchased the product from TEMU for $5 and I paid $55. complete rip off. Customer service was the worst I have ever delt with. Hopefully this company will go broke with all the bad reviews and stop giving online shopping a bad name. there are much better companies online to deal with.

Do not! I repeat do not order from this company they steal your money! I never received my phone chargers, same thing with other people on this site. They keep saying it was delayed and then they said it was delivered which it was not do not order from this company ever they are on the TikTok shop Instagram or any other site do not order from this place

It's a shame we must select even one star to write a review. I ordered four phone chargers as stocking stuffers, and they never arrived. I placed the order on 19 NOV 24, when I emailed them (10 times) I received the same comment... "A delay this season please be patient". A SCAMMER site...beware!

If I could give zero I would. I ordered 2 phone chargers for Christmas and never received my package. I kept tracking for weeks and it was always delayed somewhere. Finally it said delivered, but no package was received. It was supposedly left on my porch, but I have a ring doorbell and nothing was delivered that day at all. The company just keeps giving me the run around saying it’s delivered. I have no product. I’m out money, and they do not care. Don’t trust this company. It is a scam.

The item I purchased and waited so long for was NOT an item from this company! My item was delivered and came from AMAZON! This company charges a LOT for shipping. I could have ordered off AMAZON myself and saved the shipping and time I waited for it. VERY deceptive. I don't appreciate being lied to and overcharged for shipping--especially when I could have ordered from AMAZON and received it in 2 days and FREE shipping. I do NOT recommend Proportionrate.
