As long as prop firms match has scam prop firms like Funding Traders and Finotive Funding on their website they are part of the problem in this whole space where thousands of people have been ripped off. Both these firms are a blatant scam and they've both been flagged here on trustpilot but prop firm match continues to promote them. Not cool.

Hi Ethan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, and we understand how strongly you feel about this matter.
Prop Firm Match aims to provide a transparent comparison platform that lists a wide range of prop firms in the industry. Our role is to present information and user feedback, not to endorse or guarantee any specific firm’s practices or outcomes.
We also continuously review and update listings based on available data, user reports, and ongoing changes in the industry. When concerns are raised, they are taken seriously and reviewed according to our internal evaluation process.
We appreciate your input and understand your concerns. Feedback like yours helps us improve how we monitor and present information to better serve the trading community.

loyalty points redemption
I've used prop firm match for well over a year and thought the customer service was relatively good..
until recently I purchased a challenge account through there loyalty points and its been nearly a month and still not received the account..
ive been back and forth speak to customer service aswell as emailing and its just a ridiculous long time with nothing to offer in return for such poor customer service.
I like prop firm match and found them to be very worthy with the things they offer but this has really been disappointing!

Hi Tom,
Thank you for your continued support over the past year and for sharing your experience with us. We’re truly sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your challenge account redeemed through Loyalty Points, and we completely understand your frustration with the long wait and lack of resolution so far.
This is not the experience we aim to provide, especially for long-time users like yourself. We acknowledge your concern and will escalate this internally to ensure it is properly checked and resolved as soon as possible.
We also appreciate your patience in following up with our support team, and we regret that the resolution has taken longer than expected. Your feedback is very important to us as it helps us improve both our processes and response times.
Thank you again for your honesty and for being part of Prop Firm Match.

Why use their referral links if they mislead you?
Title: Why use their referral links if they mislead you? Lost $49K!
I am a loyal customer who has purchased over 30 accounts through Prop Firm Match. But I must warn
everyone: their data is misleading. 😡😡Their dashboard displays a prominent green "YES" for News Trading on ThinkCapital, yet my account (Balance: $49,510.23) was closed due to a hidden 4-minute restriction buried under a tiny icon.
The question is simple:
🧐🧐 Why do we use referral links? > The deal is clear: The affiliate provides honest, clear, and detailed research to save the trader time and effort, and in return, we use their link so they earn a commission. It’s a win-win. But if the affiliate contributes to misleading the trader by hiding critical data or displaying contradictory "YES/NO" indicators, they fail their only job.
I chose to use Prop Firm Match's link—even though ThinkCapital offered a 50% bonus directly and I only got 35% through them—because I trusted their evaluation. I paid a higher price for what I thought was "expert verification."
If they cannot apply pressure on the firm to resolve a discrepancy THEY displayed, then their referral links are a trap, not a service. Do not reward misleading platforms with your sign-ups. Every firm offers higher bonuses directly; don't waste your effort on affiliates who don't protect you when their data is wrong.

Update;
"Your response admits the core problem: You display a prominent green 'YES' for news trading, while the actual rule is a 4-minute total ban. In the fast-paced world of trading, a 'YES' should mean it is safe to trade, not a trap waiting for a tooltip click.
As a client who has purchased over 30 accounts through your platform, I relied on your 'verified' summaries. Admitting that these rules 'can feel unclear at first glance' proves that your interface is misleading. For me, this lack of clarity resulted in a loss of $49,510.23.
If Prop Firm Match cannot provide unambiguous data on its main dashboard, it fails its primary purpose of protecting and informing traders. I expect a real investigation into this misleading 'Yes' status, not just a suggestion to post another review on your site
Response from Propfirmmatch.comDec 22, 2025
Dear customer,
Thank you for sharing your feedback and for explaining your decision process so clearly.
Regarding News Trading, the “Yes” status reflects that the firm allows trading during news events in principle. However, as with many firms, this permission is subject to specific execution conditions, including time-based restrictions around high-impact news. These limitations are disclosed in the tooltip to provide full context.
Displaying “No” would suggest that news trading is entirely prohibited, which would not be accurate. Our goal is to present factually correct data while highlighting important restrictions transparently, and we understand how nuanced rules like this can feel unclear at first glance.
We appreciate you raising this and will continue refining how conditional rules are communicated to improve clarity for traders. While we provide verified summaries to support informed decisions, final rule enforcement remains with the firm itself.
If you believe the account breach was applied unjustly, you’re welcome to submit a review on our website so our team can review the case in more detail.
Thank you for trusting Prop Firm Match and for your constructive feedback.

PropFirmMatch rates Apex 4.8 because…
PropFirmMatch rates Apex 4.8! In reality—denied payouts, retro rules. Rating's fake, don't buy it.
Response from Propfirmmatch.comDec 16, 2025
Hello Julija,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are really sorry to hear about your experience and understand why this would be frustrating.
We want to be clear that Prop Firm Match does not control payout decisions or trading rules, as these are entirely handled by each individual prop firm. Our ratings are based on a combination of publicly available data, trader feedback, and ongoing updates, but we know that personal experiences can differ and we take concerns like yours seriously.
If you are open to it, we would genuinely appreciate more details about what happened so we can review the information and make sure our platform reflects the most accurate and up to date insights possible. Your feedback helps us improve and better support traders making decisions.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we are sorry again that your experience did not meet expectations.

Propfirmmatch Never Support You for denied payout
Prop Firm Match has never listen you against any firm. And they never help or support to get denied payout.
Response from Propfirmmatch.comNov 12, 2025
Hello Kashif,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. At Prop Firm Match, our goal is to provide guidance and support to traders in navigating prop firms, but the final decisions regarding payouts are made by the prop firms themselves.
We always strive to assist as much as possible by offering information, clarification, and support throughout the process, though we cannot influence decisions made by the prop firms. We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the support we provide to our users.
I am giving 1 star to PropFirmMatch.com because they continue to promote and advertise QT (Quant Tekel) on their platform despite multiple serious complaints from traders.
QT has a clear pattern of rejecting large payouts using technical excuses, especially when the trader has no influencer reach. My own payout was rejected based on a temporary human typing mistake, even though the risk was corrected immediately and remained well within limits.
Instead of holding QT accountable, PropFirmMatch still lists and promotes QT, which indirectly helps such firms gain more traders while avoiding responsibility.
If PropFirmMatch truly stands for trader protection, then:
QT should be questioned publicly
Unfair payout practices should be highlighted
Advertised firms should be held to higher standards
By continuing to promote QT, PropFirmMatch is helping hide real trader experiences.
This review is written to create pressure and to make PropFirmMatch re-evaluate why they are advertising a firm that so many traders are complaining about.
Trader safety should come before advertisements.

PFM never Listen You They Always taking Prop Firms side
Instantfunding denied my payout without any logic. Then I submitted review against the firm on PFM my review has been verified by the PFM and same was posted on PFM site. But firm not reply on my review as well not issued my payout near about a month passed. Then I contacted with PFM team to take action against the firm but they didn't take any action. They said that this is firm internal matter So if this is firm internal matter why you said that we play role as middle man to handle denied payout issue with tradera and firms. As well as if a firm not responding on denied payout reviews since long then why PFM not delist that firm. I also send all proofs regarding my denied payout and highlighted that instantfunding rating crashed on Truspilot upto 3.4 star. But they didn't take any action against the firm.
My recommendation to delist this Firm from PFM website to save traders capital and time.
First of all prop firm match never support you in any payout denied case.
2nd they promote firms and get some special benifits from them.
3rd Trader relay their website rules but at the end firm denied traders payout.
4th The main agenda of Propfirmmatch.com is to earn affiliate earnings.
Avoid this platform work your own research regarding prop firms

Hi Shanila,
We’re sorry you had a negative experience. Prop Firm Match provides verified reviews and information to help traders, but we do not have the ability to resolve payout disputes between traders and prop firms, as these are handled by the firms themselves.
We value all feedback and keep reviews visible to help other traders make informed decisions. We encourage everyone to carefully review firm policies before participating.
Thank you.
